Housekeeping clearly needs an overhaul!!! A terrible odor in the halls and malfunctioning door locks left me feeling insecure. The chairs stacked against the door were a ridiculous safety measure!!!

My stay was marred by a consistently malfunctioning air conditioning system. Every night, I lay on the couch with the door open to the courtyard to escape the heat. After reporting the issue, the front desk failed to follow up, leaving me frustrated and uncomfortable.

The stay was primarily for attending my child's graduation at Lackland, and the room felt spacious, almost like a mini apartment which was perfect for our family of four. There was a full kitchen, but the cookware was limited and we had to scrub one pot before using it, which was a bit of an inconvenience. The outdoor areas were nice for relaxing, and we enjoyed the convenience of being merely a short drive away from attractions like SeaWorld and Aquatica. Despite some noise issues from nearby rooms, we felt comfortable and had a decent time overall.

I had a wonderful stay at Stayapt Suites San Antonio-Lackland. The kitchen in my Queen Suite was perfect for preparing meals, making it feel like home. The staff was incredibly welcoming and the hotel was very clean, which I greatly appreciated.

The rooms were huge enough for our kids to run around. There were like 20 outlets in the room, perfect for charging all our devices without the hassle of unplugging things.

It wasn’t cheap, but honestly, it was acceptable.
